Client Responsibility for Communication Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that customer communication through WhatsApp, email, calls, SMS, social media, or other channels follows applicable laws, platform rules, consent requirements, and business communication standards.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Staminal Technologies services for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not upload or process data that the client is not authorized to use.
- Do not attempt to access another client account, CRM data, or connected platform data.
- Do not interfere with service availability, security, or platform integrity.
Third-Party APIs and Platform Data
Clients must not misuse third-party APIs, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or connected platform data. Connected platform data may be used only for authorized CRM, lead management, customer communication, reporting, and business automation purposes.
